Mr. Chandrashekhar Deshpande is IIT Bombay Alumnus and has over 42 years of Structural Design and Project Management experience in Petro Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Man made fibers, cement and textile industries. He is Chief Technical Adviser and leads all the technical activities.

He has worked at various positions at organizations like FLSmidth, Aker Solutions, Dalal Consultants, Bhagwati Designs, C E Godse Chartered Engineers, A+B Development Consultants (Saudi Arabia), Arabian Erectors (Saudi Arabia), Western India Erectors, Richardson and Cruddas and Tata Consulting Engineers.

Analyzing the problem, doing quick hand calculations and providing accurate and innovative solution is his core competency. He also provides guidance to technical team on day to day projects and ensures that technical deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. He ensures that technical team stays updated with the technological advancements.

To name a few, he has worked on cement plant projects like Conveyor Galleries, Air Slides, Clinker Silos, Pre-heater Building and Deep Pan Conveyor Structures. He has also worked on design of Ethanol Plant in Vietnam, Design of RC Water Tanks and Analysis of Piping Networks.

Mr. Manohar Koshe has more than 27 years of experience in Engineering field. He has worked at various levels of project activities like Co-ordination, Planning, Monitoring, Controlling, Inspection, Engineering, Execution, Expediting, Installation and Commissioning in Chemical, Mechanical, Fabrication, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas Industries. He has provided Consultations and trouble shooting for different types of project activities.

He is ASNT NDT Level II Certified Professional and Lead Auditor. He has rich experience in Third Party Inspections, Technical Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence.

He has worked at various positions at organizations like ABS Industrial Verification India, Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services GmbH, Dynamic Valves, Kothari Pharma, Excel Engineering Services and Zirgler Chemicals.

Connecting with people and providing end to end solutions is his core competency. He provides guidance to Sales and Business Development team to generate new leads and explore new markets and clients. He ensures customer satisfaction and providing offerings as per customer requirements. He also takes care of Sales Pipeline and building repo with clients.
